Traveling to Kauai during the Pandemic

Free COVID-19 tests provided by the County of Kauai can be used by participants in Kauai's Enhanced Movement Quarantine (EMQ) “resort bubble” program as a post-travel test needed to be released from quarantine. Please see link below for more info:

You can also get an exemption and avoid all quarantine and testing requirements if you already had Covid-19 and recovered.  You have a 90-day window to travel to Kauai or any other Island.
